The project background: Security system for a new build property
Safeguard Systems were asked to provide a quotation for the installation of an HD CCTV system, intruder alarm and video intercom for the owners of a bespoke new build property close to Salisbury, Wiltshire
Following an initial site meeting, it was established the CCTV system needed to provide full external coverage and perimeter protection for this property.
The security alarm was Installed to add additional protection and intruder detection for the premises and further peace of mind for the owners.
To secure the premises further a video intercom system was installed to prevent unauthorised entry and grant access seamlessly to friends, family and guests.
The security system design: Integrated CCTV, video intercom & security alarm
The intruder alarm system design included Dual Technology Detectors covering all areas.
Door contacts & vibration sensors provide protection on windows and doors. Panic buttons were also placed in key areas throughout the property.
The customer was delighted with the integrated approach to security and signed off the project and installation costs without question.
The level of detail, technical and security expertise offered in the system design proposal exceeded expectations.
As this was a new build project, the installation was delivered at key stages of the build. Working alongside a team of building and electrical contractors this installation was delivered over a three-month period.
High end residential security system: Project outcome
The customer was extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship and the finish of the installation. Considering the value of the property, all wiring had to be concealed professionally and the CCTV cameras positioned to provide a deterrent without diminishing the aesthetic of the property.
This sophisticated security system installation provides the customer with peace of mind when they are at home and on holiday. CCTV footage can be viewed remotely via an application in real-time.
They can monitor the alarm system remotely providing them with real-time updates from wherever they are.
