The owner of a commercial premises needed an experienced security company to upgrade its current intruder alarm system to protect its site and revenue.
With a multi-million pound turnover, protecting against organised theft, break-ins, and vandalism was paramount to securing this site to manage the above security concerns.
Furthermore, to meet the company’s insurance requirements, they needed to partner with an SSAIB-certified security firm.

The proposed intruder alarm solution
Following an initial conversation, our security system estimator fully understood the client’s vulnerability to theft, arson, and vandalism.
From there, we engaged in a detailed consultation and site assessment. Post-site audit, our specialist promptly proposed upgrading the existing alarm system, to a fully monitored solution.
The solution comprised a remotely monitored alarm system, covering multiple zones, supplemented by swift response protocols.
In addition to threat detection, the proposed alarm system offered the means to deter and catch intruders in the act.
Installing the system in a busy working environment
After the works were approved and scheduled, our DBS-checked and SafeContractor-approved alarm installers meticulously installed the monitored alarm system within the agreed timeframe.
Spanning a vast area across multiple zones, the installation required extensive cabling and attention to detail.
Respectful of business operations, the installation was delivered seamlessly alongside day-to-day activities, with any disruption limited by careful project planning.
Upon project sign-off, the customer was impressed with the quality of work, and the peace of mind this upgraded system offered them.
